Deepen your knowledge about the 8 Limbs of Yoga. The 8 Limbs of Ashtanga Yoga come from the "Yoga Sutras" and are guidelines to live both a purposeful and meaningful life. These principles have several intentions: to help us understand the roots of our own suffering, to take steps and make changes necessary to go beyond that, and to take our yoga practice off the mat.
